What are the shipping times to the United States:
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 days of placing the order. The Standard Shipping takes 7-14 business days.

 

Do you deliver products internationally?
Yes! We ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

 

Where is my International Shipment?
Packages shipped to international addresses take 10-25 business days to arrive. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take up to 45 business days to arrive.

 

How can I track my order?
When the order has been shipped, we sent a confirmation email with the tracking number and the tracking link. With one click in the tracking number, a new window will be opened and the status of the package will be shown in the tracking website. If for some reason the new window shows the home page of the tracking website, just copy and paste the tracking number and click enter to check the status of the package. Once the package arrives at the country of destination, you can follow it directly with the local post office in your area. 

 

My Package Never Arrived, What Should I Do?
If you have not received your order within the time frame mentioned above, please contact us immediately. You might also check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby.  Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.

 

Do you include prices when you ship products?
We do not include any physical pricing information in our package. So if you're sending this as a gift, rest assured that it won't contain any pricing details. The price information is always sent via email when the purchase is completed.


How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Then, follow the steps in the check-out page to complete your purchase. We'll process your order and send you the confirmation email.

 

I forgot to add a coupon code to my order. What can I do?
No worries! Send us an email and we will apply the code to your order. Please include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the coupon code you were looking to apply. 

 

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please contact us immediately.

 

I ordered multiples items. Why did I only receive one?
Sometimes to ship orders faster, we use different distribution channels. This can result in items shipped separately. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they will get to you. If you have any questions, please send us a message.
