What are your Shipping times the U.S?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 days of placing the order. We do not ship on weekends.
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days.
Do you deliver products internationally?
Yes! zabellamall successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
Where Is My International Shipment?
Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 10-15 business days to arrive including the processing and handling time. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take up to 45 business days to arrive.
If the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email fails to pull up shipping information, please copy the tracking confirmation number from your email and enter it directly onto the shipping carrier site here for detailed information on your package's shipping status!
Please note that DHL Global first sends all of our international shipments directly to Germany (this is where the DHL mail headquarters are located). From there, the shipments are processed and sent from Germany to their final destination country, where they are delivered by your country's local postal carrier. Your package is not lost and will be arriving at you soon!

My Package Never Arrived, What Should I Do?
If you have not received your order within the time frame established for U.S. shipping here or international shipping here, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby. Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

I ordered multiples items. Why did I only receive one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will get to you!
